PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED FOR TEAM UNIFORM ITEMS.
Soccer Stop’s goal is to ship complete orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please allow 4 weeks for us to receive product from the vendors and embellish your order. If there are still items missing after 4 weeks, Soccer Stop will contact you about backordering items and possibly shipping your order incomplete. Depending on stock levels and the time of year, your order may be completed sooner than 4 weeks.
Clubs that use CUSTOM product-
If the product your club uses is “Custom” from the vendor it will be indicated on the team ordering page. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for your order to be processed and completed. Please contact firsttouch@soccerstop.com with questions. The timeline for custom orders may vary due to availability and delivery of stock from the vendor. These orders could be completed sooner or later than 6-8 weeks.
A Soccer Stop representative will contact you should there be any issues affecting our ability complete your order.
In Store Pick Up
In store pick-up is only available at our corporate office in Centennial. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email and a phone call from Firsttouch Customer Service with the order number, our address and pick up hours. Pick up is only available Monday – Friday from 9AM – 4:30PM (hours may vary during the winter and summer). If you selected free in store pick up and you would now like your order shipped, please call (720) 283-8215 to pay for shipping. Customers must pick up their orders or contact customer service within 45 days of the date it is available for pickup. All orders left past 45 days will be considered abandoned and will be donated. Shipping Information
Online orders are shipped to the Ship To address on your order.
Online orders pay Delivery and Handling (this fee covers the processing and shipping of the order). Free Shipping coupons, promotions and Soccer Stop Gift Cards do not apply to team uniforms, apparel, or fan gear.
Returns & Exchanges
Embellished items such as team uniforms, warm ups and backpacks, that are numbered and/or logoed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you have finalized your order with the correct sizes and quantities before your order is submitted.
Additional Items
If you have submitted an online order and you would like to add to it, you must place an additional order online. We cannot add additional items to an order that has already been submitted in our system.
Returns & Exchanges Continued
Each year manufacturers update their products with different heights, lengths, and widths within their sizes. An example is that a size “Small” may run smaller or larger than the previous year. We have set up team and individual uniform fitting times for you to attend and try on all uniform items before placing an order. Please attend your uniform fitting because items cannot be returned or exchanged once they are embellished with a number. If you do not know your uniform fitting time, please contact your club, team manager or Soccer Stop for the available dates and times.
You may return most new products purchased from Firsttouch within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned product must be in new and sellable condition. This of course means that all tags must be attached and the item(s) are unworn and unlaundered. Embellished product may not be returned (this includes numbering, names, silk screening, embroidery, logos and other customization services). Credits can only be made to the original form of payment. |
