What is the FirstTouch.Soccerstop.com policy on Returns & Exchanges?
You may return most new products purchased from firsttouch.soccerstop.com within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any purchased items returned/exchanged after the 30 day period cannot be returned. All returned product must be in new and sellable condition. This of course means that all tags must be attached and the item(s) are unworn and unlaundered. Customized product may not be returned (this includes numbering, names, silk screening, embroidery, and other customization services). Credits can only be made to the original form of payment.
Where do I send Returns & Exchanges?
Before you send back your Return or Exchange, please contact firsttouch@soccerstop.com to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Once you’ve received a RMA Number, ship your Return or Exchange via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Please remember to completely fill out and include the Soccer Stop Return/Exchange Form you received with your order and a copy of the original invoice. Packages returned without a RMA Number, the Return/Exchange Form, and a copy of the original invoice may take longer to process.
Please understand that we cannot accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient.” Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to our company.
All refunds will be for merchandise only (and any applicable tax paid); we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact a Customer Service Representative at firsttouch@soccerstop.com so we can fix the error and get the correct item shipped to you. If we’ve sent the wrong item in error, we will supply you with a pre-paid return label.
